Snow Day

Well we got our biggest snow yet. I have attached pictures to show you how diappointing it was!! I want the kind of snow all of you are getting in the MidWest!
Also here is a picture of Emerson & Chris. He has been taking her in the morning to her new babysitter's house.

GranMollie got Emerson a BlaBla doll and she loves it!! She chews on it, lays on it, talks to it and hugs on it! TGIF

TGIF!!!! It has been a long week. Kristin's daughter was sick so we could not take her to her house therefore we shufled Emrson around all week! Monday I took the afternoon off and sat for Emerson & Brodie. I had to get creative to entertain both Emerson and Brodie but we did OK! I have included pictures to show off my creative babysitting style! Ha-ha!! Tuesday & Thursday Chris stayed home, Wednesday Aunt Amy took care of her and Friday Katie returned the favor and sat with Emerson and her son Brodie. Emerson, Chris & I were all thrilled that it is FRIDAY!!!

Recently I came across this picture of my neice, Morgan and I noticed how much Emerson resembles her. In the picture Morgan is 6 months.

Big Weekend

This weekend we went ahaed and started to expirement with rice cereal....so far so good and so much fun. She really has caught on quicker than I expected but as you can tell from the pictures we have a lot to learn.
On Sunday we took her to church for the first time and she did awesome. She talked and sung for a few minutes then she went to sleep for the remainder of the time. The church has 2 types of services - traditional and contemporary, this weekend we opted for the contemporary service we are going back next weekened for the more traditional service so hopefully she will behave again. Overall we liked the church but have several more that we are trying as well.
