Bedtime remains an issue around here and it is only getting worse. McCall - the infant is the good sleeper. Em, on the other hand is the night owl!! When we transitioned her into her big girl bed we put up a gate outside her bedroom door to keep her inside her room rather than wandering around the house. A few nights ago, my bedroom door flew open and I heard "Eye" (Hi)! Confused and 1/2 a sleep I went to her bedroom and noticed that the gate was still intact! She had climbed it!!! She has done this every night since. She is up with us until we go to sleep - some nights that can be as late as midnight and she still wakes up at 5:30 - 6:00 am!!
Em will be 2 on Sept 23 and we will start potty training very soon after. On Sept 21 she moves up to a new class, Preschool 1!
I go back to work on Sept 21 and McCall starts daycare. Since she was born I have only been away from her once and it was only for 6 hours.
McCall continues to be a GREAT baby! She sleeps, eats and is very happy! One thing that is bizarre to me is that she does not like her car seat!!

Kaleb did not like riding the car as an infant either -- probably up until about a year old. It was crazy. Em's really testing you guys! Hang in there. I wish I could say it will get better... but chances are she will still be testing you at 16. :)
