Solid Saturday

EMERSON GOT HER FIRST TOOTH - FRIDAY MARCH 14

This past weekend we went to Evansville, IN to visit Cindy (my sister) and her family while Chris was in Colorado for a Chiropractic conference. Being that Emerson woke up at 6 am on Saturday Cindy got the honor of feeding Emerson her new solid food - Green beans! I could not find stage 1 organic green beans ANYWHERE, I learned that the difference between stage 1 and stage 2 is the consistency so I was thrilled to move her up to stage 2 since I have to thicken the food anyway to keep it down. Chris had to leave Emerson for the first time this past weekend but he tried to take her along, I included a cute picture of him trying to sneak Emerson onto the plane in his luggage.

The weekend was a lot of fun, we were in Cindy's house for less than 15 seconds and she noticed a tooth. I had no idea, Chris had no idea nor did Miss Emily her babysitter! GranMollie spoils & loves on Emerson, Morgan adores her & Cindy analyzes to ensure that her skills are on task - she is a speech therapist.

Saturday we wore ourselves out shopping and that night we all paid the price because Emerson was not a happy camper. A new pack n play, itchy sheets, a new enviroment, over stimulation and a NEW TOOTH all made Emerson a bit uncomfortable! What a BIG week! Looking forward to speing the weeknd with my family for Easter, we have several Easter dresses but I think I have finally decided upon one for Easter Sunday!
