Bye bye bottle

Tonight I put Emerson to bed without her bottle, she was not happy and pretty confused but she worked it out and is asleep now. Although we do not give it to her, in her bed, we just rock her while she drinks it then we put her in her bed, she usually goes right to sleep when we do this. I feel bad but realize that she cannot go to bed with a bottle forever.
